FREEDOM is our flagship class. You're not learning a routine — you're moving to music that makes it impossible to stand still. Hip-hop, R&B, pop, and whatever's topping the charts this week. The beat changes every few minutes. So does the energy.
Your Movement Motivator coaches every move in real time. There are no wrong answers in FREEDOM. There are only people who haven't found their rhythm yet and people who found it last week.
Most people sweat through 600+ calories without checking the clock once. That's the whole point.

FREEDOM follows music, not a script. Here's the rough shape of 60 minutes.
Music on. Lights low. Movement starts easy.
The first 8–10 minutes ease you in. Simple patterns, building range. Your body warms up before it's asked to work hard.
Four or five music blocks at full intensity.
Each block has its own rhythm and movement vocabulary. Your Motivator introduces each pattern and coaches modifications in real time — you take what you can, leave what you can't.
The one moment you'll talk about after.
Every FREEDOM class has a peak — the section where the music hits hardest and the room stops thinking. You'll know it when you're in it.
Slow it down. Take it back in.
The last 8 minutes cool the body, stretch what worked, and let you land softly. No one rushes out of FREEDOM.
Towel service. Post-class energy.
Towels waiting at the door. Most people stick around a few minutes — something about FREEDOM makes it hard to leave right away.

Keep it simple.
Shoes with lateral support that you haven't worn outside. Running shoes work great. Dance sneakers are ideal if you have them.
No dress code. Leggings, joggers, shorts — whatever makes you feel ready to move hard for an hour.
You will sweat. Bring water. Glass bottles aren't allowed — plastic or metal only.
Towels and lockers are provided. Showers available. Just show up.
