• Classes open for booking every Sunday night at 7PM. You will be able to book two weeks out from that Sunday (fixed, not rolling.)

  • A Formation class will be an immersive, music-driven experience that will strengthen the relationship between your mind and body. We have three class options. Learn more about them here.

  • We have an emphasis on hip-hop but use a variety of genres. We do use the explicit version of songs so there will be profanity and mature topics. Music and dance are a way to express emotion and movement in our space can be a place to connect with and release the emotions music provokes.

  • You can choose any class on our schedule to start your journey with us. The only difference in difficulty is for Presence classes, where a one-star class is appropriate if you are brand new to dance. All of our other classes offer progressions and regressions throughout the class and can be adapted to meet your desired physical intensity. If you are interested in learning first, Freedom Foundations is designed for anyone who wants to understand the movement before diving all the way in.

  • Wear clothing you are comfortable moving and sweating in, and clean, indoor shoes that provide support and stability. Don’t forget your water bottle. Please leave glass bottles or jars at home; they will shatter if dropped. Towel service and complimentary lockers are provided.

  • We give you a blueprint of movement and are happy for you to make it your own based on what you’re comfortable with. Our movement motivators can also provide alternative options if you have an injury. We're not here for competition or performance, it's all about feeling good and we're here to help you get there. Typically at five classes, clients feel a big difference in their proficiency.

  • Try a one-star class Presence class first. Most of our clients have little or no dance experience and our one-star classes are designed with this in mind. Learning choreography is like a muscle that most people never flex. It takes time to build this entirely new skill so be patient with yourself. That said, you’ll likely be surprised how much you’re able to learn in even just one class.
