What's On Our Shelves and Why

When we were in the daydreaming stage and brainstormed what our ideal experience included, we knew we didn’t just want regular merchandise. We wanted to share products that aligned with us and offered value to you. We looked at health from multiple angles and wanted the products we carried to help elevate your wellness beyond a sweat session. Journals for mental optimization, teas to help you unwind and relax, and products that help you care for yourself better and turn necessities into rituals you love. A lot of what we have on our shelves is female-founded and locally made as it was important for us to support the community we are a part of. We think you’ll love what we have.

Best Self Journals | My favourite thing about these journals is the morning and evening gratitude reminders, goal section, and the three targets for the day. I used it intensely as we went through the studio build. While it kept me on schedule, it also helped me reinforce my goals and stay grounded with gratitude.

Sangre de Fruta Shower Collection | Locally made on Bowen Island, this brand uses all plant-based ingredients to craft their nourishing hair care and cleansing line. Not to mention the incredible scents.

Vitruvi | We are always running the diffusers in the studio with peppermint and eucalyptus essential oils. We also have their face mists as a post-class amenity. Their products remind us to create rituals for ourselves that help us live well. (I literally turn on my diffuser with Geranium every night as a part of my bed time ritual.) Sara, their founder, released her book this week which you can find on our coffee table.

Well Kept | What caught my eye were their razors. You need to pick them up and feel them next time you’re in. They are weighted and feel so good, especially in comparison the the single use plastic stuff we are so used to. The razors were crafted to be easy to use and sustainable as you only need to change the blade. The women behind Well Kept also made beautiful bathroom products like Soaking Salts (perfect after a hard Power class), bath milk, and shave oil.

Woo More Play | Probably the least expected item on our shelves. Woo More Play is an organic coconut oil personal lubricant. I love how approachable the packaging is and that it helps to shift a paradigm. Sexual wellness is important too and we shouldn’t be ashamed or nervous to purchase products that allow us to thrive in this area of our lives as well.

Woash Wellness | I love how these teas are named by what they accomplish for you, like our classes. By choosing Think, Me Time, or Digest, you can easily remedy what you’re in need of in one hot cup.

Homecoming Candles | We were so happy to collaborate with Suraiya to make our customized Peppermint and Eucalyptus candles. She handcrafts each one. They burn with a beautiful fragrance that doesn’t overwhelm a space but gracefully fills it.

Girlfriend Collective | I had noticed Girlfriend Collective online and already loved their inclusive approach to marketing. Women of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds were included with their brand imagery and I loved how it supported my belief that wellness and fitness is for everyone. Once I gave their clothing a try, I was hooked. And their pieces are made from recycled water bottles. Now we are the only studio in Vancouver to carry them. We’ve sold out of a few sizes already, but more is coming next month and we’ll have an even wider size range then (XXS-4XL) and new colours.

If you have any other favourite brands you think we’d love, let us know. And if you have any questions about the products, we’re happy to answer.
