If you have been in the studio in person when we first opened, you may have been warmly welcomed by Lyle. As this year has created a lot of change in our business and in our personal lives, Lyle is stepping away from the studio. But as he does so, he wanted to share a few words with the community.

We’d like to invite you, yes YOU, to join us to be in a Freedom or Power video that we film for the digital studio. You’ve seen the team back up the lead instructor, participating in the workout on camera. You’d be that person.

It’s been a minute since you’ve heard from us. I’ve been wanting to reach out but also didn’t know what to say. Every time I send a newsletter or share a post, I want it to offer you something of value and for the last few months I don’t think I had a lot to give.
