If you’ve been by the studio in the last couple of months, you may have noticed that I’ve been in a state of… expansion. Roman and I are expecting our first baby at the end of March and we couldn’t be more thrilled!

It’s been a minute since you’ve heard from us. I’ve been wanting to reach out but also didn’t know what to say. Every time I send a newsletter or share a post, I want it to offer you something of value and for the last few months I don’t think I had a lot to give.

The last time I penned one of these was the morning we decided to close for Covid. And here we are… a year since we opened and ohmigosh what! a! year! Before I dig into what this year has looked like for me on a personal level, I want to first encourage you to get a cuppa something because this is a long one.
