A little while back we put out a casting call for someone who had never moved with us before but would be willing to start AND be willing to document their journey. That’s a pretty big ask and we’re so excited to introduce the brave soul who signed up to do this with us!

If you have been in the studio in person when we first opened, you may have been warmly welcomed by Lyle. As this year has created a lot of change in our business and in our personal lives, Lyle is stepping away from the studio. But as he does so, he wanted to share a few words with the community.

The last time I penned one of these was the morning we decided to close for Covid. And here we are… a year since we opened and ohmigosh what! a! year! Before I dig into what this year has looked like for me on a personal level, I want to first encourage you to get a cuppa something because this is a long one.

The process of evolving and building the studio has put me in positions I’ve never been in before. And I know this is only the start of the journey. The transformational process within myself has been one I’ve been reflecting on and I wanted to share some of my current weaknesses and big lessons with you.
