Freedom: Let Go & Dance Like Nobody’s Watching

Have you ever danced in your living room when no one was around? That feeling of pure joy, no rules, just music taking over? That’s Freedom.

In this 50-minute cardio dance session, there’s no choreography to memorize, just high-energy, full-body movements led by our Movement Motivators. They guide you through easy-to-follow sequences that get your heart rate up and your energy soaring. The best part? The playlist and movement sequences stay the same for an entire month across all Freedom classes. That means each time you show up, you’ll feel more confident, more in sync, and immersed in the music.

✨Pro tip: Give it 2-3 classes to really hit your groove. The first one might feel foreign (for many new comers dancing isn’t something we do on the regular!) but soon enough, you’ll be feeling comfortable and be able to make the movement your own.

➡️ Friday Freedom: A fresh playlist every Friday, because weekends deserve a dance party.
➡️ Freedom Focus: Slow it down, drill into the movement, and refine your technique before turning up the intensity.

Power: Strength, Endurance & a Beat to Keep You Moving

You know that feeling when you finish a tough workout and feel like a superhero? That’s the goal with Power.

This 50-minute session blends strength training (hello, bands and dumbbells!) with aerobic conditioning on the Step, all set to a banging playlist. The first half focuses on full-body strength exercises, controlled, powerful moves to build muscle and endurance. Then, we hit the Step for heart-pounding choreography that builds into a final track: Own Your Power, it’s your moment to push through and finish strong.

New Power routines drop every 15th of the month, so you’ll always have something fresh to challenge you. Like Freedom, our Step choreography is the same with each Motivator so can get better with each visit.

✨ Pro tip: There are often options to increase or decrease the intensity so no matter what your fitness level is, this class is something you can start with and build on. That first time may feel tough, but stick with it and after 2-3 sessions, you’ll notice your strength, coordination, and stamina skyrocketing.

Presence: Your Dance Journey Starts Here

Ever told yourself, “I wish I could dance” but never made a move? Presence is the first step.

This is a choreography-based class designed to help you connect with music, understand movement, and build confidence—whether you’re a total beginner or looking to refine your skills. Each Motivator picks a song for their class, so check the schedule to see what’s coming up.

We offer a few different intensities

Presence Complete Intro – Learn the basics of choreography and get comfortable with movement.
Presence ⭐ – Build connection to music. Learn pattern repetition, grooves, and choreography to mostly even counts.
Presence ⭐⭐ – Build personality in the routine. Learn weight transfers and more complicated patterns with an introduction to textures.
Presence ⭐⭐⭐ – Build dimension and musicality. The focus is on adding texture, clean pictures, and connection to music.

Please note there is no filming during these classes but once class is over, those who are interested have the option to.
