Other studios play music behind the workout. Formation builds the workout around the music. Hip-hop drives the rhythm; we use a wide range of genres because emotion needs range. Movement and beat are the same thing here.

Why Formation exists

Saschie started Formation after her sister Chantal passed away. The studio is built around the kind of movement Chantal loved — music, energy, presence.

Roman runs operations. Together, they've built the space to be the place you go to feel like yourself again, especially on the days you don't.
