POWER
Strength and choreography combined into one music-driven class. Bodyweight resistance work synced to the beat. You'll get stronger and more coordinated at the same time.
POWER is what happens when a strength class and a choreography class merge into something that's better than either. Bodyweight resistance work — squats, lunges, presses, holds — synced to music that makes the reps feel shorter than they are.
Every POWER class has two tracks running in parallel: strength and movement. You're building functional muscle while your body learns to coordinate and express itself through choreography. The two things reinforce each other in ways that a gym session alone can't replicate.
Progressions and regressions are offered throughout. Show up where you are — POWER meets you there.
A typical POWER class.
POWER alternates between strength blocks and movement sequences. The music drives both.
Activate and mobilize.
The first 8–10 minutes warm up the joints, activate the key muscle groups, and introduce you to the movement vocabulary for today's class.
Bodyweight resistance to the beat.
Squats, lunges, push variations, isometric holds — all coached to music tempo. The rhythm makes the reps feel different. Better.
Put the strength into motion.
Between strength blocks, movement sequences let your body express what it just worked. Cardio recovery with coordination built in.
The final push.
Every POWER class ends with a full-out block — all the elements from class running together at peak intensity. You'll know you earned it.
Restore and stretch.
A proper cool-down targeting what worked hardest. You'll feel this class for a day or two — in a good way.
Arrive 15 minutes early.
We'll show you the space, introduce you to your Motivator, and get you set up before class starts.
Strength seekers, movement lovers.
POWER is for anyone who wants to build strength without the monotony of a traditional gym session.
POWER gives you real functional strength work — without the mirrors, the ego, or the silence. Music makes the difference.
Most strength training builds muscle in isolation. POWER integrates strength and movement — the result is a body that both performs and expresses itself.
POWER is structured so that a first-timer and a regular can share the same class without either being bored or overwhelmed. Modifications are offered for every movement.
POWER is a natural complement to FREEDOM. Different energy, different outcome — same music-first approach.
Dress to move and work hard.
Lateral and ankle support matter in POWER. Cross-trainers or training shoes are ideal. Not running shoes.
You'll be doing squats, lunges, and floor work. Wear what moves with you, not against you.
Plastic or metal. You'll need it between strength blocks.
All equipment is provided. Towels, lockers, and showers are on us.
