Get your BINGO Passport here for $250. One month of unlimited classes to end your year strong. Black out your card and earn $100 worth of Formation gear!
Here’s what you need to know:
🗓 Eligibility Window
All classes and activities between November 10 and December 10 (inclusive) count toward your BINGO card.
🎁 How to Earn Prizes
Complete a line and be entered to win one of our prize draws.
Every additional completed line = one extra entry. Max 5 entries.
A square can only be used for one line entry. For example, the top left square cannot be used for both a line down and a line across.
On the BINGO Passport?
Complete the perimeter: Earn a Formation hat (Retail $30).
Black out your card: Earn a long-sleeve Formation T-shirt (Retail $70).
💳 Membership Requirements
You can participate and be entered to win prizes with any membership or credit pack.
To earn the hat or long-sleeve T-shirt, you must use the BINGO Infinite membership.
🧩 Pro Tips
One class can count toward multiple boxes.
Example: Taking Shae’s Friday Freedom checks off both “Shae class” and “Friday Freedom.”
📝 Notes & Verification
GEMs on shift must verify the Toy Drive, Selfie with new friend, and Bring a First Timer spaces for them to count.
You can only win one draw prize.

“Jo Class” is Joanna on Monday nights at 7:30
“Formation Highlight of 2025” requires you to post on IG what this was for you.
If a class is subbed you can mark of the original instructor scheduled. For example Tuesday Freedom Focus at 5:15 can be marked as Julien even thought it will be taught by Josh.
